Step 3. Payment & Itinerary
Make Your Deposit & Confirm Your Itinerary
After you have selected your desired travel dates, accommodations, and procedures, we will send you a tentative itinerary (see a Sample Itinerary) for your trip-detailing your hotel accommodations, medical appointments, procedures, days for recovery, wellness services and tourist activities. After you have reviewed and are satisfied with your itinerary, you will send us a deposit for your reservations. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your hotel stay, finalize your medical appointments, and reserve the surgery center.
Once you have made the deposit, the price stated in the quote will remain valid for 3 months. If you wish to travel after the 3 month period, you may keep your price quote by paying the remaining cost of the package before the three month period expires. But, in all cases, this price will expire after 6 months. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions.
This deposit is equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the package, excluding airfare, and must be received 30 days prior to the delivery of any medical procedure. Deposits are non-refundable and confirm the patient's agreement to the price and terms of service.
The balance is due 15 days prior to the delivery of any medical procedures. Late payments may result in additional fees and the cancellation of any or all reservations. Additional fees, penalties and costs resulting from the modification of travel dates are the responsibility of the patient.
